LESU · Precision CNC Machining
Precision CNC Machining

LESU delivers prototype-to-volume CNC parts with locked processes and consistent batch quality — built for global B2B supply chains that demand tight tolerances.
Why LESU
Four Reasons Teams Choose LESU
From first article to full volume, the same disciplined process keeps your parts consistent.
Volume-Stable Production
Locked routing and dedicated machines hold batch-to-batch consistency from prototype into mass production.
Tight Tolerance Control
Machined to ±0.01 mm with standardized setups that remove variance between runs.
Multi-Layer Inspection
FAI, dimensional and visual checks verify critical features on every batch before shipment.
Drawing NDA & Confidentiality
LESU signs NDAs on request and restricts file access to the project team — your designs stay yours.
Capabilities
Three Core CNC Processes
Matched processes for the geometry, tolerance and volume your part requires.
3 & 4-AxisCNC Milling
Complex geometries, pockets, threads and flat features in metals and plastics with high repeatability.
Swiss-Type LatheCNC Turning
Precision round and cylindrical parts with excellent finish and tight diameter control at volume.
Simultaneous 5-Axis5-Axis CNC
Single-setup machining of undercuts and multi-sided contours — fewer fixtures, higher accuracy.

FAQ
CNC Machining Questions
What certifications does LESU hold?
LESU operates under a general quality-management system for precision machining. Specific certifications (e.g. ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) will be listed here once verified — placeholder for ISO 9001. Documentation is provided per project on request.
What tolerances can LESU hold?
We routinely machine to ±0.01 mm on critical features. General tolerances follow ISO 2768; tighter limits are quoted per feature from your drawing.
How are my drawings kept confidential?
All drawings are treated as confidential. LESU signs NDAs on request, restricts file access to the project team, and never reuses or discloses customer designs. Files are stored securely and removed on request.
What is the typical lead time?
Quotes are usually returned within 7–10 working days after DFM review. Prototyping and mass-production lead times are confirmed per order based on material, complexity and quantity.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The recommended minimum is 50 pcs; single-piece prototypes are available for validation before scaling to volume.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
We accept STEP (.step), IGES (.igs), STL (.stl), PDF and DWG (.dwg). A 3D STEP or IGES is preferred for accurate DFM and quoting; a 2D PDF/DWG is needed for toleranced dimensions.
What quality certificates can I get?
On request we supply CMM reports, FAI / FAIR, Mill Test Certificates (MTC), RoHS documentation and PPAP submissions based on project requirements.
